Art Place at Fort Totten

This mixed-use development included construction of a new urban streetscape and parks. The outdoor space includes pedestrian walkways, al fresco dining, dog parks, water features, space for farmers markets and public art displays. The project includes green roofs that support sustainable infrastructure.

MLK Library Renovation

Renovation of a landmark modernist library that includes a 17,250 square-foot 5th floor terrace shaped by large-scale, intensive planters with floating wood slat benches. The work includes and street-level site work with public landscape amenities.

A landscape project built on grade atop the roof of an underground parking structure. It features meadow-like arrangements of perennials, trees, and ornamental grasses, with open spaces that function as sculpture gardens and offer street furniture, paths, and respites for pedestrians.
