This 330,000 sf project provided a 330-unit, 22-story residential complex on an urban infill site. The building included ground-floor retail and 264 below-grade parking spaces. Amenities in the complex included rooftop swimming pool and outdoor lounge, pet spa, bike storage room, fitness center, and clubroom.

A new 13-story condominium project in a revitalized neighborhood of downtown DC included 126 residential units, four levels of below-grade parking, and landscaped amenities on the second floor and at roof level. The building is the first LEED certified residential condominium in DC.

This new multi-story memory care and assisted living facility provided 163 private residences in a 216,000 sf complex. The project’s common spaces included dining and activity spaces, conference rooms, a library, spa and salon, and a CVS pharmacy.

A 1.2 million sf mixed-use community in the West Rosslyn area of Arlington includes nearly 500 residential units in separate towers: The Aubrey, The Evo, and The Pierce. It includes 40,000 sf of retail space and a 4-story underground parking garage.
