The Center is a specialized and highly advanced facility to provide state-of-the-art rehabilitation therapy for wounded soldiers, and conducts sophisticated research in prosthetics, robotics, virtual reality, and biomechanics. An expedited schedule that enabled design and construction of the project in just 18 months.

This clinical building project expanded the organization’s multidisciplinary cancer care, optimized flexibility in facility to minimize wait and treatment times, enhanced access across to adjacent hospitals. The 275,000 sf building received a LEED Silver rating and is a pilot for the Green Guide for Healthcare v2.2 initiative.

A new 290-bed facility to integrate residential, treatment, education, administrative, and support functions. The building incorporates civil and forensic components that house residential and treatment areas, as well as shared support and administrative areas.

An expansion that tripled the hospital’s capacity to nearly 600 inpatient beds. The design consisted of two bridge-connected buildings that provided a new outpatient clinic center to accommodate more than 300,000 outpatient visits per year. The project also included a new Health Sciences Academy and Research Institute. on a 200,000 SM campus.

A four-story addition and renovation to the hospital’s existing acute care hospital which provides new single-patient rooms, medical/surgical unit, orthopedics, and intermediate care unit for patient care. The project also included new main entrance and lobby, guest services suite, conference center, a café and gift shop, and gym.

This new 195,000 sf, LEED Silver-rated healthcare facility includes operating rooms, surgery support services, extensive imaging services, a clinical trials program, approximately 90 orthopedic exam rooms, administrative space, conference rooms, pharmacies, rehab facilities and food venues.
