This new 125,000 sf performing arts center includes several public performance and event spaces, designed to host a range of events for multiple program type. The facility includes an arts center, a theater component with several distinct spaces, and support spaces.

Project is a complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing museum, including a new tensile roof entrance canopy and replacement of failing exterior stone, curtain walls and skylights, and interior building systems. The 603,700 sf renovation is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.

This 400,000 sf project modernized the 1972 building designed by Mies van der Rohe, to meet the more diverse needs of 21st century public. It includes a new entryway and flanking staircases, auditorium and conference center, and creative spaces.

This new music and opera facility is designed to meet the growing need of rehearsal and practice space for students and includes an opera hall for performances. The 84,000 sf project is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
