The project is located on two sites owned by the US: Brahama Cottage near the Royal Palace, which will house the New Office Building and New Office Annex; Marine Security Guard Quarters; Utility Building and Compound Access Control. The Phora Durbar site will house future USAID Warehouse and Maintenance Facilities and the Commissary.
