The building incorporates a variety of interior finishes, including stretched fabric walls and ceilings, cork flooring, stone flooring, and terra cotta panels cladding the multi-story Winter Garden.  The building has achieved LEED Silver certification.  The design includes three green roofs with drip irrigation, underfloor air system, energy efficient lighting design, low consumption plumbing fixtures and on-site water retention/reuse, and the use of recycled content and locally manufactured construction materials to the maximum extent possible.
