The renovations upgraded the three performing spaces, originally constructed in 1971, to current standards for life safety and accessibility, as well as providing much-needed acoustical improvements for the Concert Hall.

The specifications for the Concert Hall included detailed requirements for custom-formulated paint finishes using organic pigments and colorants, developed in coordination with the owner’s color consultant; acoustical door and frame assemblies; and custom acoustical/reflective panels for balcony fascias and for a “floating” canopy above the stage.
