Eisenhower Executive Office Buiding Renovation

This multi-phase modernization of this historic Beaux Arts building, dating from 1875 and located next to the White House, includes security upgrades and bringing the building into compliance with current building code requirements.

The specifications included performance requirements for ballistic- and blast-resistant windows, doors and security glazing.  These requirements were vetted and approved by the United States Secret Service.  The upgrades also met LEED Certification for New Construction.
